Cooking School
At the Delish cooking school I have the opportunity to express my passions for both food and teaching, utilizing my knowledge and personal experience I have developed unique, diversified classes and seminars.
With a contagious excitement and enthusiasm for cooking, I will keep the momentum going strong while bringing the thorough, comfortable and responsive teaching style of a veteran to these fun classes.

I develop the calendar of classes and remain the primary instructor but now have our impressive resident chefs, Bill Metzgar and Chris Cihak taking the reins regularly. They come from the area's top restaurants and private clubs ready to share their expertise with eager students. We also have Bill Logue our very own wine expert who will be teaching "Wine Appreciation" seminars and Ethan Cox our amazingly knowledgeable "Beer Master" working side by side with me, hosting our "classes with glasses" happy hours the first Friday of every month.

It's easy to check out the schedule of classes for dates and detailed descriptions of menu items being featured for each class by using the calendar icon on the upper left of each page. You can register for your class right on line as well as join out contact list to receive previews of upcoming events and special attractions.
